All hampers are made to order and tailored to individual requests. Please ensure all information provided is accurate before confirming your order.

Payment must be made in full before we process your order. We accept payments through secure third-party providers.

3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch hampers within the estimated delivery timeframe agreed at the time of order. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. International delivery (including UK, EU, USA, and Canada) may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds
As each hamper is bespoke and personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.

5. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, customs processes, or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
